Today, i will explain about order preparation .
(please pay attention)

the action or process of making something ready for use or service or of getting ready for some occasion, test, or duty. In summary, gathering information needed about the the products and services desired and formally requesting the products to be purchased.

There is the way to determining the appropriate vendor and determining the stocks availability also communicating order information by  telephone call, web site menu, or any electronic technology.

Example work in order preparation :
 

Face to face.

Collect the data or information of goods/products from customer.

Using manual.

Through webcam as technology facility.

The first step in order processing is order preparation. Clear? Okay, I repeat. It function to gather and receives the information of the goods to be purchase. Easy right?

Before I end up this sub-topic. I want to give an example of order preparation in logistic industry. 

Everyone have been bought a grocery in any supermarket, hypermarket or any shop. We can see a bar code that already put on the products right?. So, this bar code technology function to make order preparation by electronic  in gathering information about how many the demand item.Then it will convert in system form.
