STEP 04 - ORDER FILLING

Number of orders processed within a period without stock outs or need to back order, expressed as a percentage of total number of orders processed within that period.
Bulk material from production is stored in containers until it is filled. Process-oriented filling supports complex filling processes that are regulated by control systems as well as simple, mainly manual filling. Filling is carried out using process orders that have been created on the basis of a filling recipe.
Process-oriented filling is characterized by:
  • A filling recipe exists.
  • Confirmations on the filling process can be carried out using the PI sheet.
You use the following R/3 components for process-oriented filling:
